TRADING DIVISION

  • Export of Egyptian raw materials, industrial products, and finished goods

During Trade Execution, our role includes:

  • Coordinating production schedules, order fulfilment, and documentation

  • Shipment tracking and customs clearance follow-up in both the origin and destination countries

  • Quality control inspections prior to dispatch

  • Managing payment milestones, LCs, and financial settlement

  • Handling disputes or operational challenges with buyers and suppliers

  • Risk mitigation related to shipment delays, product quality, or supply chain disruption

Post-Trade Support:

  • Post-shipment feedback, claim handling, and buyer satisfaction monitoring

  • Replenishment planning and forecasting for recurring orders

  • Expansion of product portfolio inside high-demand markets

CONSULTANCY DIVISION

Within the Consultancy Division, we provide comprehensive support our Partners & Principals throughout the whole contractual process including:

  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities.

  • Promoting new Products & Solutions.

  • Supporting our Partners in developing the winning strategy as well as the preparation of their proposals & negotiation of the Contracts.

  • End-to-end logistics coordination, compliance, and documentation.

  • Representation and distribution through verified, trusted partners.

During the Contract, our role continues with the following scope:

  • Follow up of the Contract implementation and payments.

  • Shipment and Customs Clearance Follow up.

  • Outsourcing of local qualified employees.

  • Providing in-country logistic support to the expats and their families.
